- Lead and manage all technical aspects of high end hospitality and leisure developments
- Provide expert guidance in architecture and interior design coordination to ensure alignment with project vision and brand standards
- Oversee integration of MEP and structural systems within design and construction phases
- Review and approve architectural, ID, MEP, and structural drawings ensuring technical accuracy and constructability
- Drive design coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure design compliance with local codes, international standards, and luxury hospitality benchmarks
- Support project teams through all phases: concept design, detailed design, tendering, construction, and handover
- Identify risks and technical challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Act as the primary technical interface between developers, consultants, operators, and contractors
- Collaborate with hospitality operators to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational requirements
- Establish and enforce quality control procedures across all disciplines
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in technical/project management
- Proven experience delivering large scale luxury hospitality or leisure projects
- Deep expertise in Architecture and Interior Design
- Strong working knowledge of MEP and Structural systems

Your Role
- Lead and manage all technical aspects of high end hospitality and leisure developments (hotels, resorts, mixed use complexes, etc.)
- Provide expert guidance in architecture and interior design coordination to ensure alignment with project vision and brand standards
- Oversee integration of MEP and structural systems within design and construction phases
- Review and approve architectural, ID, MEP, and structural drawings ensuring technical accuracy and constructability
- Drive design coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure design compliance with local codes, international standards, and luxury hospitality benchmarks
- Support project teams through all phases: concept design, detailed design, tendering, construction, and handover
- Identify risks and technical challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Act as the primary technical interface between developers, consultants, operators, and contractors

About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in technical/project management
- Proven experience delivering large scale luxury hospitality or leisure projects
- Strong track record working on complex, multi disciplinary developments
- Deep expertise in Architecture and Interior Design is essential
- Strong working knowledge of MEP and Structural systems is essential
- Ability to review and coordinate across all disciplines effectively
- Excellent technical coordination and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality and design excellence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced, high value projects
