- Support project staff in entering and maintaining resource demand data within resource management systems
- Prepare reports on staff availability and coordinate with managers to verify information
- Assist with preparation of weekly reports using Excel and Power BI
- Analyze resource demand data to identify variances and support reporting on trends
- Support cost analysts in preparation of cost estimates and cost input data for projects and bids
- Prepare cost models for low complexity and low value bids
- Assist Business Analysts, Cost Analysts, and Management with ad hoc reporting and data analysis
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively with large volumes of numerical data and perform detailed analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Aptitude for data analysis, reporting, and problem solving
- Currently enrolled in a post secondary Engineering, Business, Economics, or Mathematics program

Overview

- As an Intern Cost and Data Analyst, you will join the Resource Forecasting and Estimating team in Mississauga.
- Contribute to data driven decision making through cost analysis, reporting, and resource planning.
Your role
