Position Overview
Lead the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions.
Combine technical leadership with hands-on development, architectural decision-making, code reviews, and production issue resolution.
Workplace
- This is an on-site position based in Qatar, and the selected candidate must work from the Qatar office.
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise application design, development, and implementation using Microsoft .NET technologies.
- Guide, mentor, and provide day-to-day technical direction to development teams.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, backend services, microservices, and distributed applications.
- Define coding standards, design patterns, architectural guidelines, and development best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and address quality, security, performance, and maintainability concerns.
- Collaborate with architecture, business analysis, project management, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Troubleshoot complex application, integration, performance, and production issues.
- Support deployment, production rollout, vulnerability remediation, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
