Lead financial operations and strategy within a growing FMCG food distribution business.
Oversee financial planning, cash flow management, regulatory compliance, and financial insights for executive decision-making.
Compensation
- Pay starts at QAR 8,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
Position Type
- The position is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning for high-volume FMCG operations.
- Prepare, present, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variances.
- Oversee treasury functions, manage liquidity, and optimise working capital cycles.
- Supervise inventory and trade credit management.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, local financial regulations, tax obligations, and internal corporate control policies.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial insights, profitability analysis, cost control, and business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
- Direct experience in an FMCG food distribution environment is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, ERP software systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, strategic vision, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
