Senior Technical Lead (IN)

The Senior Technical Lead in C, USB Device drivers will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise in developing embedded solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining embedded software systems while ensuring high performance and reliability.

To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. 2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. 3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). 4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Proficiency in Embedded C programming language, Python. 2. Strong experience in developing USB-C driver development. 3. Knowledge of linux kernel and device drivers. 4. Familiarity with real-time operating systems and embedded development tools. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team oriented environment. 6. Good understanding of hardware software integration and optimization techniques.
