We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to to work in Global Markets risk technology team for one of our investment banking client. The candidate should have relevant experience in global markets domain and will be responsible for driving architecture, design, and delivery while leading a team of 10–15 engineers across critical enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of 10–15 developers, ensuring high-quality delivery

Drive architecture design and technical strategy for scalable, secure applications

Provide hands-on involvement in coding, code reviews, and complex problem-solving

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, standards, and governance

Guide modernization initiatives and technology decisions

Required Skills

Strong experience as a technical lead/architect in enterprise environments

Expertise in application architecture, design patterns, and system scalability

Hands-on coding experience (preferably Java, C#, or Python)

Proven ability to lead and manage large engineering teams

Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in banking/financial services

Exposure to cloud platforms and distributed systems

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
