About IREN
IREN seeks a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead operational remediation programs.
The role involves improving reliability, performance, and scalability of AI infrastructure and hyperscale data centers.
Focus on post-deployment remediation, operational improvements, and continuous infrastructure optimization.
Responsibilities
- Manage Technical Infrastructure Program Group.
- Own Canadian remediation and operational improvement programs across IREN's existing AI infrastructure portfolio.
- Identify infrastructure gaps, recurring operational issues, and opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Develop remediation roadmaps aligned with business priorities and operational objectives.
- Coordinate execution across Engineering, Operations, Networking, Facilities, Procurement, Security, and OEM vendors.
- Drive measurable improvements in infrastructure stability, service reliability, and operational maturity.
- Partner with Technical Program Managers to transition newly deployed infrastructure into steady-state operations and continuous improvement programs.
- Own the strategy and execution of large-scale operational remediation programs.
- Establish clear program objectives, milestones, and measurable success criteria.
- Build scalable governance frameworks supporting infrastructure reliability initiatives.
