Senior Technical Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to lead the

technical development and delivery of fit-out and design & build projects.

The

role focuses on translating design concepts into fully coordinated, buildable

solutions while ensuring compliance, quality, and execution excellence across all

project stages.

 Lead the preparation and review of detailed technical drawings, shop

drawings, and IFC packages.

 Ensure constructability of all design elements, especially joinery, finishes,

and complex fit-out details.

 Coordinate closely with design, MEP, structural, and site teams to resolve

technical clashes.

 Manage authority approvals and ensure compliance with local

regulations.

 Review and approve material submittals, mock-ups, and samples.

 Support site teams during execution by providing technical solutions and

clarifications.

 Maintain high standards of quality control and documentation.

 Lead and mentor junior technical architects and draftsmen.

 Ensure alignment between design intent and site execution.

 Bachelor’s degree in architecture

 8–12 years of experience in fit-out and design & build projects

 Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and submission processes

 Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and detailing

 Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

 Experience in high-end interior and commercial projects is a plus
