Salesforce Professional Services is building a Global Solutions Center of Excellence for consistent, scalable, and predictable Professional Services program shaping, scoping, estimation, and delivery.
The role brings product, industry, regulatory, and domain depth into scoping and estimation so reusable standards reflect real customer and delivery complexity.
Core responsibilities
- Define when specialized practice or domain input is required during deal scoping.
- Build product, industry, regulatory, and domain overlays with discovery questions, assumptions, risks, required roles, and delivery dependencies.
- Convert subject-matter expertise into reusable discovery questions, checklists, estimation factors, risk indicators, SOW assumptions, and readiness checkpoints.
- Maintain a practical domain pattern library covering product guidance, industry considerations, compliance triggers, risks, assumptions, SMEs, and examples.
- Identify domain-specific effort drivers such as data sources, integrations, cloud count, regulatory review, migration complexity, localization, AI governance, and change effort.
- Improve scoping quality by identifying underestimated migration, integration, security, testing, dependency, adoption, product capability, and human-in-the-loop risks.
- Partner across Practices, GDC, Delivery Innovation and Governance, Growth and Offering, PS Operations, Sales Excellence, and field advisors.
- Embed domain logic into estimation tools, workflows, agents, and playbooks.
