Umq Design is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect in Riyadh to lead technical development, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects. The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong knowledge of building codes, and proficiency in Revit and BIM.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and review of architectural designs throughout all project stages
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, authority requirements, and industry standards
- Provide technical direction and guidance to project teams during design development and construction documentation phases
- Review and approve technical design solutions, architectural details, and project specifications
- Coordinate architectural deliverables with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultants
- Lead multidisciplinary design coordination workshops and clash resolution meetings
- Ensure seamless integration between architectural design intent and engineering requirements
- Review BIM models and coordinate project information across disciplines
- Oversee the preparation and quality review of construction drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and tender documentation
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all technical deliverables
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, templates, and technical guidelines
- Conduct technical audits and peer reviews of project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
- Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience, with at least 5 years in a senior technical role
- Proven experience in large scale residential, commercial, hospitality, mixed use, or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of international building codes, technical standards, and construction methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms, Navisworks, and related design software
- Experience in preparing and reviewing construction documentation and technical specifications
- Strong understanding of authority approval processes and regulatory compliance requirements

Position Summary
- We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect in riyadh with 10+ years of professional experience to lead the technical development, coordination, and delivery of architectural projects.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring design integrity, technical compliance, constructability, and coordination across all project disciplines from concept design through construction documentation and project delivery.
