This Engineering Project Assistant provides onsite support to hardware engineering teams for Resilient Connectivity Products (RCP). The Engineering Project Assistant will deliver administrative and project coordination support by managing procurement and kitting activities, tracking project tasks, coordinating documentation, overseeing peer review processes, preparing shipping documentation, and collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, good communicator, self‐starting professional who is detail‐oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple deadlines, and maintains strong organizational and multitasking skills.
What You Will Do
Track assets including management of engineering supplies
Serve as access focal for engineering teams
Lead peer reviews in PREP
Track CDRL deliveries to customers
Order hardware and kit parts
Track lead status through procurement
Support weekly hardware status meetings
JIRA: Support Risk & Opportunity reviews and lead weekly CCB meetings
Facilitate document releases in SCL
Create delivery documents and coordinate with shipping department to ensure successful delivery of product
Work with Customer Owner Property for inductions and consumption of material including ordering and tracking
Hand carry material between sites as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Proficient with Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and O365 Outlook
Experience with customer support and service preferred
Qualifications We Prefer
