Danone is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Tax Manager for its Danone Business Services team in Sydney.
The role is accountable for tax matters across Danone’s Oceania Nutricia entities in Australia and New Zealand.

About the role
Danone is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Tax Manager for its Danone Business Services team in Sydney.
The role is accountable for tax matters across Danone’s Oceania Nutricia entities in Australia and New Zealand.
The individual contributor will lead tax compliance, reporting, transfer pricing, audit management, tax governance, and planning initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead external tax compliance and reporting, including filings, payments, refunds, and preferential treatment applications.
- Execute internal tax reporting, forecasting, analysis, and tax provision activities.
- Provide tax advisory support and lead tax planning and risk management projects across Oceania.
- Manage transfer pricing documentation, projects, and reviews with Corporate.
- Maintain relationships with tax authorities and manage local tax audits and litigation.
- Prepare tax position papers and procedures, execute internal controls, support tax learning, and build backup capability.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of corporate tax experience.
