Role overview
Lead the category growth agenda for Danone's Early Life Nutrition portfolio across the Australian Grocery channel.
Shape category and channel strategy through data, insights, retailer partnerships, and commercial recommendations.
Work across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Strategy and Insights, and senior leadership.
Category and channel development
- Lead category strategy for the Early Life Nutrition portfolio.
- Identify growth opportunities through consumer, shopper, customer, market, and competitor insights.
- Convert insights into category strategies and commercial recommendations.
- Partner with Sales leadership on channel priorities and growth strategies.
4P strategy
- Develop ranging and placement strategies for category growth.
- Partner with Revenue Growth Management on pricing, promotional, and CPI strategies.
- Drive profitable growth through data-led 4P recommendations.
