Job Purpose

As a

Senior Tax Consultant – KSA

, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services to our clients across Saudi Arabia.

You will ensure compliance with KSA tax and Zakat regulations and provide practical, solution-oriented advice on VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Withholding Tax, and Zakat matters in line with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review VAT, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Withholding Tax (WHT), and Zakat filings in compliance with KSA regulations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax returns and supporting documentation.
  • Provide practical tax advisory on VAT, CIT, WHT, and Zakat matters.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes issued by Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and assess their impact on clients.
  • Support clients in managing tax risks and optimizing their tax positions within the regulatory framework.
  • Manage an assigned client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service delivery and responsiveness
  • Act as the main point of contact for tax-related queries and ongoing compliance matters
  • Assist in fee estimation and engagement scoping for tax services.
  • Conduct physical client visits when required, including onboarding, advisory discussions, audit support, and relationship management
  • Support clients during tax audits, reviews, and inspections conducted by authorities.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, maintain proper documentation and audit trails, and adhere to internal policies, timelines, and compliance procedures.

Essential Skills And Qualifications

  • equirements:
  • 7+ experience in Saudi tax regulations and ZATCA compliance
  • Practical experience handling VAT, CIT, and WHT for multiple clients
  • Experience in preparing or reviewing tax returns and related documentation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
  • Based in Saudi Arabia
