- Own the full business development and sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using HubSpot
- Identify and develop relationships with SME owners, CFOs, and finance leaders
- Negotiate and activate strategic partnerships with referral partners, resellers, and technology partners
- Develop and execute go to market strategies to expand market presence in the UAE
- Prepare and present tailored business proposals and partnership agreements
- Drive upselling and cross selling within existing customer portfolio
- Represent mazeed at industry events and networking forums
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights to leadership

- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot)

Job Purpose
- Drive business growth in the UAE by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and expanding Mazeed's market presence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own the full business development and sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with SME business owners, CFOs, finance leaders, and other key decision makers.
- Identify, negotiate, and activate strategic partnerships, including referral partners, resellers, technology partners, accounting firms, and business consultants.
- Build, manage, and strengthen the existing partner ecosystem to generate new business opportunities and drive co selling initiatives.
- Develop and execute go to market strategies to expand Mazeed's presence across the UAE.
- Identify new market opportunities through continuous market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Prepare and present tailored business proposals, commercial offers, and partnership agreements that support mutual business growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts while ensuring alignment with Mazeed's commercial objectives and policies.
- Drive upselling and cross selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
- Represent Mazeed at industry events, networking forums, exhibitions, and business communities to strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful market execution and communicate customer feedback.
