Job Purpose

  • Drive business growth in the UAE by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, acquiring new clients, and expanding Mazeed's market presence.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Own the full business development and sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Identify, approach, and develop relationships with SME business owners, CFOs, finance leaders, and other key decision makers.
  • Identify, negotiate, and activate strategic partnerships, including referral partners, resellers, technology partners, accounting firms, and business consultants.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen the existing partner ecosystem to generate new business opportunities and drive co selling initiatives.
  • Develop and execute go to market strategies to expand Mazeed's presence across the UAE.
  • Identify new market opportunities through continuous market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Prepare and present tailored business proposals, commercial offers, and partnership agreements that support mutual business growth.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts while ensuring alignment with Mazeed's commercial objectives and policies.
  • Drive upselling and cross selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
  • Represent Mazeed at industry events, networking forums, exhibitions, and business communities to strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful market execution and communicate customer feedback.
