5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field.
Proven track record of designing and executing Talent or Organization Development initiatives that delivered measurable business or employee outcomes.
Demonstrated success implementing talent programs such as career architecture, talent reviews, succession planning, HiPo development, leadership development, or manager development.
Proven ability to take programs from concept to execution, managing multiple initiatives while delivering against defined timelines and outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to gain buy-in and drive action across managers and senior leaders.
Track record of using data and measurable outcomes to evaluate program effectiveness, identify gaps, and improve results.
Demonstrated ownership and bias for action, with the ability to independently identify needs, develop solutions, and drive initiatives through completion.
