- Partner with business leaders to identify critical capabilities and talent requirements
- Develop and implement competency frameworks, talent identification, succession planning, and HiPo programmes
- Design and manage assessment centres, behavioural assessments, interviews, and psychometric evaluations
- Analyse talent data and provide insights to support workforce planning and talent decisions
- Embed talent management frameworks across key HR processes and collaborate with L&D
- Manage external assessment providers and talent management projects
- Monitor market trends and recommend best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- CIPD or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Minimum 5 7 years HR experience including at least 3 years specializing in Talent Management
- Strong experience in competency frameworks, succession planning, talent reviews, HiPo programmes, and assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of psychometric tools and behavioural assessment techniques
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced candidate to support the design and delivery of talent management initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, and organisational performance.
- This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR teams to build robust talent frameworks and ensure a strong leadership pipeline aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify critical capabilities and talent requirements
- Develop and implement competency frameworks, talent identification, succession planning, and High Potential (HiPo) programmes
- Design and manage assessment centres, behavioural assessments, interviews, and psychometric evaluations
- Analyse talent data and provide insights to support workforce planning and talent decisions
- Embed talent management frameworks across key HR processes and collaborate with Learning & Development on development interventions
- Manage external assessment providers and talent management projects, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines
- Monitor market trends and recommend best practices to continuously enhance talent management strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; CIPD or equivalent professional certification is preferred
- Minimum 5–7 years' HR experience, including at least 3 years specialising in Talent Management
- Strong experience in competency frameworks, succession planning, talent reviews, HiPo programmes, and assessment methodologies
- Knowledge of psychometric tools and behavioural assessment techniques
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
