Job Purpose

  • Support and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition activities in alignment with government entity policies in Abu Dhabi.
  • Contribute to development and implementation of workforce plans to ensure timely attraction, recruitment, and placement of qualified talent.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with HR Authority, Department of Finance, Senior Management, and Executive Office directives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audit activities.
  • Support Head of Department in preparation and management of annual workforce budget.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and workforce analytics to monitor and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Develop and update job descriptions in coordination with business units.
  • Participate in preparation and execution of recruitment and workforce planning strategy.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with recruitment partners and stakeholders.
  • Ensure recruitment and selection activities comply with approved plans and policies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to enhance employee selection and assessment methodologies.
  • Support development and implementation of written assessments and competency based evaluations.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews, assessment activities, and onboarding procedures.
  • Prepare and process employment offers, contracts, and recruitment approvals.

Job Requirement

  • Understand HRA policy governing hiring in government sector.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office.
  • End to end recruitment and assessment expertise.
  • Stakeholder and relationship management.
  • Experienced in using AI and preferably involved in AI initiative or project.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
