This position serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and supports users across all company locations. The role also leads IT projects, works with vendors, and helps maintain a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and mobile devices.
- Resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Deploy and configure computers and other IT equipment.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Administer Entra ID users, groups, licenses, and MFA.
- Maintain email security and user permissions.

- Maintain network diagrams and system documentation.
- Work closely with all departments and external vendors.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with networking and cybersecurity.
- Microsoft Certified
- CompTIA A+ (required)
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft 365 Administrator
- Azure Administrator Associate
- ITIL Foundation (preferred).
