- The Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) Systems Engineering (SE) Department is searching for an Engineering Section Leader to join our on-site team in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will support SE efforts on programs, as well as spend up to 50% of your time seeking out and managing new hires into the department. This position provides an opportunity to grow your technical skillset by contributing to the development of our workforce and creating and fostering an collaborative environment
What You Will Do
- Lead a dynamic team of engineers & meet with program leadership to identify staffing needs and rotations
- Working with Talent Acquisition to generate job postings and conduct interviews
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding experience for new employees joining the department & identify tasking opportunities for new employees
