Role Overview
The role defines and executes ENEC's cloud strategy and manages on-premises and cloud-based systems.
The specialist ensures secure, scalable, high-performance infrastructure across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments.
The role supports compliance, capacity planning, incident analysis, automation, modernization, and digital transformation.
Infrastructure and Cloud Delivery
- Lead infrastructure and cloud project design and technical implementation for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Provide guidance on cloud architecture, design, migration, virtualization, and hybrid environments.
- Define technical requirements, system topology, architecture, roadmaps, and migration plans.
- Evaluate vendors and solutions for technical compliance and organizational alignment.
Operations and Governance
- Plan maintenance and approved changes to preserve system reliability.
- Monitor performance, availability, capacity, KPIs, system health, incidents, and outages.
- Maintain governance, security policies, risk mitigation, compliance, and control assessment processes.
- Maintain accurate SOPs, technical designs, as-built records, and infrastructure documentation.
