The Boot SW development team in India develops system software for NVIDIA SoCs used in automotive, embedded, and server products.
Role Overview
The Senior System Software Engineer will join the Boot SW development team and work on embedded system software challenges.
The role focuses on boot software for NVIDIA SoC platforms and supports the next generation of AI-enabled computing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design Boot SW that enables NVIDIA SoC platforms to boot a range of operating systems.
- Develop software for CPU and memory initialization, resource management, drivers, platform configuration, and security parameters.
- Define system requirements, configurations, and boot security with software, hardware, architecture, and platform teams.
- Maintain bootloader forward and backward compatibility while improving boot security and performance.
- Support ISO 26262 safety and ISO 21434 security compliance for current and next-generation NVIDIA Tegra SoCs.
- Use AI agents and tools to improve workflows and establish automation frameworks and agentic workflows.
