Design, configure, and maintain servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments
Lead infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and capacity planning
Troubleshoot complex system issues, analyze root causes, and implement long term solutions
Develop and maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures
Monitor system performance, optimize resource usage, and enhance overall infrastructure efficiency
Implement and enforce cybersecurity standards, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans
Automate repetitive processes and workflows using scripting or automation tools
Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and business units to support infrastructure requirements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure operations, or related technical roles
Strong expertise in server administration, virtualization, cloud services, and network operations
Proficiency with system monitoring tools, automation frameworks, and configuration management
Solid understanding of security practices, backup technologies, and disaster recovery planning
Experience in designing scalable and high availability system architectures
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision making abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills

Role Overview

The Senior System Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining complex IT infrastructure that supports organizational operations and business continuity.
