Role Description

  • The Co Owner role is a full time, on site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The Co Owner will help shape the agency’s strategic direction, oversee key client relationships, and drive business development initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Daily responsibilities include leading marketing and communication strategies, coordinating cross functional teams, and contributing to product and service development aligned with client needs.
  • The role involves supervising social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across channels, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize results.
  • The Co Owner will also participate in financial planning, resource allocation, and high level decision making to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including stakeholder management, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management to drive revenue growth.
  • Background in product development and service innovation within digital marketing or related fields.
  • Hands on experience with marketing strategy and execution, including campaign planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in social media management and content oversight across major platforms.
  • Leadership experience, preferably in an agency or entrepreneurial setting, with the ability to guide diverse creative teams.
  • Strong business acumen, including familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a fast paced, growth oriented environment and making data informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to regional markets are an asset.
