Overview
Hitachi Rail seeks a Senior System Assurance Engineer with 10-12 years of railway experience and 5 years as a System Assurance Manager to lead system assurance activities in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing RAMS activities, ensuring project compliance, and leading teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage system assurance activities and ensure project compliance with RAMS requirements
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the system assurance team, ensuring smooth, efficient service
- Ensure the delivery of required project system assurance deliverables in a timely manner
- Monitor project V&V activities and ensure compliance with project schedules and budget
- Interface with D&B contractors and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure effective communication with clients and internal teams
- Ensure system safety and reliability requirements
- Support preparation of bids and proposals
Requirements
- 10-12 years of relevant railway experience in system assurance work
- 5 years of experience as a System Assurance Manager
- Experience with EN 50126, EN 50128, and EN 50129 standards
- Proven track record in handling system assurance management
- Ability to manage RAMS activities and monitor V&V activities
- Experience in project compliance and quality assurance
