Maintain customer satisfaction so as to maintain or become the preferred tester platform.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties: Project delivery - Post sales consulting including test methodology, test hardware/ software feature recommendations - Delivery of test library as requested by customer - Delivery of application training - Support and debug production issues like correlation, test time and yield discrepancy etc - Maintain customer relationship, capture competitive information
