Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and onboarding/offboarding checklists.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
- Support employee engagement activities, team events, and internal communications.
- Assist management with HR policies, employee communication, and basic HR processes.
- Support performance review and employee feedback processes.
- Maintain HR dashboards and periodic management reports.
