Senior System Analyst

Requirements

• Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or Business Systems Analysis, including enterprise integration or digital transformation projects.
• Process & Tool Proficiency:
• Strong expertise in requirements engineering, stakeholder facilitation, functional and non-functional analysis, traceability, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with requirements, backlog, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Visio (or similar).
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery, including documentation, testing, UAT, and release-readiness activities.
• Data & Technical Skills:
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, web services, system interfaces, data mapping, integration patterns, and event-driven systems.
• Practical knowledge of databases, SQL, JSON, XML, interface specifications, and secure system-integration concepts.
• Preferred exposure to IBM App Connect, API Connect, DataPower, MQ, Kafka/Confluent, developer portals, Instana, or Kibana.
• Communication & Domain Knowledge:
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English fluency (written and spoken).
• Ability to explain complex system behaviour, dependencies, and technical requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with KSA digital transformation, cybersecurity, data-governance, and regulatory environments is a strong plus.

• Proven ability to work across business, architecture, development, QA, operations, security, data, and AI workstreams.
