Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor infrastructure systems, servers, storage, networks, backup, security, and cloud services
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, applications, and system management tools
- Ensure high availability, performance, backup, redundancy, and security of infrastructure services
- Monitor system and application performance, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
- Manage IT assets, documentation, SOPs, working instructions, and operational procedures
- Liaise with vendors and internal IT teams for troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Support service improvement, change requests, audits, and SLA achievement
- Maintain strong communication with users, business teams, and technical teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UAE
- MCSE certification is mandatory
- ITIL certification is mandatory
- Experience with physical hardware support: Dell SAN Storage, Dell/HPE enclosures, blades, and rack mounted infrastructure
- Experience with HPE Primera / Alletra MP SAN Storage
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, ADCS, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SCCM, Hyper V, PowerShell
- Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Exchange, File System administration
- Experience with backup solutions: Avamar, Commvault on premises and cloud
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365: OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online
- Experience with monitoring: SolarWinds on premises
- Experience with VMware: vCenter, ESXi, Lifecycle Manager, SRM, Aria Operations, Zerto, PowerCLI
- Experience with Cloud/CDN/Security: Cloudflare and Akamai

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support a major Government client in the UAE.

- Customer: Government / Enterprise Infrastructure
- Availability: Candidates must currently be based in the UAE
- Experience Required: 10+ years of experience in UAE
Key Responsibilities
