Role Overview

  • Role: Application Tester
  • Location: Cairo, Egypt · Offshore
  • Experience: 3–5 years · Full time · ECM, IDP & AI solution projects across MENA

What You'll Do

  • Create and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts.
  • Identify, document and track bugs through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
  • Run regression testing to protect existing functionality.
  • Verify applications meet requirements and specifications.
  • Recommend improvements to product quality and usability.
  • Build automated testing scripts where applicable.

Technical Skills We're After

  • Proven experience as a software tester or in a similar QA role.
  • Solid grasp of the SDLC and QA methodologies.
  • Hands on exposure to test automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.

What Else We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator who works well with dev teams.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once.
