Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all electro mechanical (MEP) maintenance and operational activities at site
- Lead and manage teams of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and multi skilled technicians
- Ensure preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Monitor the performance of HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, electrical panels, plumbing, and ELV systems
- Conduct routine site inspections and identify maintenance requirements and safety concerns
- Plan daily work activities, allocate manpower, and monitor productivity
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to technicians
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding maintenance and project activities
- Review and verify work completion reports, service reports, and maintenance records
- Monitor material usage and submit material requisitions as required
- Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
Requirements
- Experience in electro mechanical (MEP) maintenance and supervision
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems
- Ability to lead and manage technician teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
