Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all electrical works at site
- Plan, execute, inspect, and monitor electrical installation and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in power distribution systems
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of MDB, SMDB, DB panels, MCC panels, and associated equipment
- Monitor and maintain SMATV, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and other ELV systems
- Review electrical drawings, single line diagrams, and technical specifications before execution
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare technical reports, work schedules, and maintenance records
- Supervise technicians and ensure work is completed according to project requirements and timelines
- Identify and implement corrective and preventive maintenance measures
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
