- Implement approved departmental policies, systems, processes, and procedures for security.
- Supervise day to day security operations to ensure compliance with policies.
- Supervise incident investigation process and report security incidents.
- Plan, organize, and conduct security training courses for all levels.
- Control and coordinate maintenance and testing of security protection systems.
- Develop and initiate routine evaluations of workplace security precautions.
- Maintain familiarity with local regulatory requirements and international standards.
- Comply with safety, quality, and environmental management policies.
- Supervise activities and work of subordinates.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Overview
- Implements approved departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls covering all areas of the Security department.
Day to Day Operations
- Supervises the implementation of the day to day operations assigned for the Security department to ensure compliance with established policies, processes, and procedures.
Investigation & Reporting
- Supervises the effective implementation of the incident investigation process and undertakes, as necessary, investigations and reporting of security incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
Training & Embedment
- Plans, organises, and conducts a wide range of security training courses for all levels within the organisation to promote security awareness.
Maintenance, Testing & Inspection
- Controls and coordinates all maintenance and testing of security protection systems throughout the plant to ensure operational readiness.
- Develops and initiates routine evaluations of the workplace, advising on all aspects of security precautions to identify non conformance and recommend solutions.
- Maintains familiarity with local regulatory requirements and international standards.
Safety, Quality & Environment
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls.
People Management
- Supervises the activities and work of subordinates by providing formal and informal feedback to ensure efficient work in accordance with company policies.
Authority / Decision Making
- Thinking within clearly defined policies, standards, and specific objectives.
- Direction of work is subject to established practices and procedures, with output managed accordingly.
