- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and recommendations to senior management and clients

- Identify and resolve complex engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable construction practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site supervision
- Proven track record of successfully managing large scale construction projects
- Advanced knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- In depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Willingness to work on site and travel as required

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervision Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- As a Senior Structural Engineer Site, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing large scale construction projects, ensuring their successful completion while adhering to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
