Key skills for this role
Support the preparation of consulting bids, tenders and presentations, including customer research
Partner with Principal Consultants to identify and shape new opportunities with customers and internal stakeholders
Build strong working relationships with CT staff at all levels
Engage with executives, subject matter experts and project teams as part of a consulting team or independently
Develop hypotheses and research plans, conduct interviews, analyse data and systems, and synthesise findings into clear themes and insights
Support and facilitate workshops to capture people, process, technology and data requirements
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations
Review commercial and procurement arrangements and support go-to-market activities and response evaluations
Contribute to the development and presentation of customer strategies, roadmaps and recommendations
Support stakeholder education and change activities to embed new ways of working
Monitor, measure and report on process performance
Support delivery management of consulting engagements and implementation governance of recommended initiatives
Progress toward leading engagements and shaping strategy as you develop in the role
A degree in science, engineering or ICT (an MBA or Masters in IT is advantageous)
Proven experience with a major consulting organisation across multiple strategic services engagements
Client-side experience across industries in operational, IT leadership, business improvement, business analysis or transformation delivery roles
Experience in systems implementations, with strong knowledge of the full systems lifecycle from requirements and design through build, testing, deployment and ongoing support.
