Role Overview
Senior Staff Test Engineer responsible for applying broad test-discipline expertise to semiconductor test objectives.
The role addresses complex issues requiring conceptual thinking, independent judgment, and evaluation of technical data.
The position may provide technical leadership and influence broader organizational projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to semiconductor test development activities for PMIC products.
- Coordinate across groups, provide technical support, and communicate advanced information to stakeholders.
- Set schedules, meet commitments, identify readiness gaps, and resolve priority conflicts.
- Senior team members may direct activities of others as technical leads.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 7 to 12+ years of experience working with Automated Test Systems.
- 5 to 12+ years of hands-on ATE test development for analog, digital, and mixed-signal products.
- Strong focus on analog power management IC testing.
- Experience with C++, BASIC, Perl, Python, or similar programming.
- Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and other standard test tools.
- Proficiency with ATE instruments, PCB layout parasitic reduction, and debugging.
- Hands-on experience with serial bus interfaces, test hardware, and test program development.
