Role Overview
Lead and contribute to semiconductor test engineering objectives involving complex and significant technical issues.
Work as a senior technical expert on analog, digital, and mixed-signal power management IC testing.
The role may include technical leadership and direction of other team members.
Responsibilities
- Apply advanced test-discipline expertise and independent judgment to achieve engineering objectives.
- Develop ATE tests for analog, digital, and mixed-signal products with emphasis on PMIC testing.
- Provide technical support, thought leadership, and coordination across engineering groups.
- Set schedules, meet commitments, close readiness gaps, and resolve priority conflicts.
- Develop test hardware and test programs and debug analog products and interfaces.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 7 to 12 or more years of experience with Automated Test Systems.
- 5 to 12 or more years of hands-on ATE test development for analog, digital, and mixed-signal products, focused on analog PMIC testing.
- Programming experience in C++, BASIC, Perl, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience testing ICs or circuits with oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and related tools.
- Proficiency with ATE instruments, PCB parasitic reduction, debugging, serial bus interfaces, test hardware, and test program development.
