Senior SQA Engineer

• Work with product and development teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and effective design solutions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
• Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Participate in user research and analysis to validate design assumptions and improve the user experience.
• Maintain design systems and ensure consistency across product interfaces.
• Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders and work iteratively based on feedback.
• Stay current with UX design best practices and emerging tools.
• Experience: 3+ years ( Recommended to have Bachelor’s in Engineering/Master of Computer Applications/Master of Computer Science/ BCA / BSC or related certifications )
• Strong understanding of user experience design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless design-development handoff.
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Good aptitude in critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to learn new design tools, techniques, and skills.
• Strong listening skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user research techniques is a plus.
