Senior Specialist SPM

• Prepare and maintain business reports and management presentations , translating complex supply chain and business data into meaningful insights and audience-specific messages for experts and senior leadership, while ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses by providing fact-based insights, recommendations, and decision-support.
• Collaborate closely with experts and management stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, align on key business messages, and ensure reporting that contributes to the achievement of organizational targets.
• Continuously enhance and streamline the reporting landscape of our Supply Chain and Production Management organization by improving efficiency, robustness, scalability, and automation.
• Support operational excellence and business performance through accurate reporting, insightful analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Communications , or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in supply chain management, business analytics / reporting, or communications, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, or similar solutions.
• Proven ability to create executive-ready reports and presentations , translating complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights.
• Strong business storytelling and communication skills , with the ability to tailor messages effectively to different audiences, ranging from subject matter experts to senior management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and global teams while working independently and taking ownership of deliverables.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Fluency in English .
