The Business Experimentation Product Management team builds experimentation software that helps organizations make major business decisions.
The team is developing new products, evolving products with AI, and expanding Test & Learn delivery for clients.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy from user research, market trends, customer pain points, and commercial priorities.
- Translate user understanding into an actionable roadmap informed by research, sales and marketing expertise, and usage data.
- Own end-to-end feature development, including use cases, solution design, requirements, development support, testing, and impact measurement.
- Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and product managers to bring ideas to life and improve products.
- Define how AI can enhance measurement and optimization of business initiatives.
- Build and evolve Mastercard's Test & Learn business experimentation product.
Candidate Requirements
- Work effectively with engineers, designers, sales, marketing, and users.
- Translate product vision and strategy into an actionable roadmap.
- Experience building with AI or using AI to enhance an existing software application.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Balance competing needs, prioritize thoughtfully, solve problems creatively, and contribute as an effective team member and mentor.
Security Responsibility
- Follow Mastercard security policies and practices.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information.
- Report suspected information security violations or breaches.
- Complete periodic mandatory security training.
