Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Execute procurement strategies for data center operations, including review, negotiate, and redline commercial contracts to ensure alignment with business requirements and risk mitigation objectives.

Provide procurement support and coverage for other regions as required.

Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards.

Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

Lead and facilitate day-to-day procurement operations for the assigned region, ensuring effective delivery of sourcing and procurement activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Engineering) to forecast demand and align procurement plans.

Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.

Support risk management by monitoring supplier performance and mitigating supply chain disruptions.

Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and prepare reports for management review.

Responsible for the timely review, approval, and release of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies, procurement procedures, and delegated authority requirements.

Coach, mentor, and support the development of junior procurement team members.
