- Prepare regular reports and provide insights on marketing organizational planning to senior leadership

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (implied by role)
- 3 7 years of experience in marketing organization planning, workforce analysis, or related area
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with organizational design and competency frameworks
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
