- Support internal event communications including townhalls, leadership sessions, employee forums, and engagement initiatives
- Lead and implement the announcement of company milestones and achievements internally
- Explore digital platforms to streamline internal communications content production

- Bachelor’s Degree in a communication discipline
- 5 8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications (in house or agency)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Strategic
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy and annual communications plan, aligned with the company’s business objectives, culture and values.
- Support the development of key message frameworks and internal communication campaigns to ensure consistent corporate messaging across the organisation.
- Identify communication needs and objectives, and design appropriate tactics to meet them and ensure highest level of engagement across departments and relevant subsidiaries.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Operational
- Draft and edit internal communications materials, including newsletters, emails, intranet content, speeches, campaigns, and others.
- Manage and maintain internal communication channels such as intranet portals, employee newsletters, bulletin boards, email distribution lists, digital signage…etc.
- Ensure all internal communications align with corporate editorial guidelines, brand standards, and approval procedures.
- Support internal event communications including townhalls, leadership sessions, employee forums, campaigns, and engagement initiatives.
- Lead and implement the announcement of all company milestones and achievements internally, to ensure fully integrated communications with external communications.
- Continuously explore digital platforms that can further streamline the production of internal communications content and materials in line with latest trends and best industry practices.
- Any additional tasks assigned by the direct line manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in a communication discipline, with experience in Creative Writing, Marketing and Events Activations.
- 5 8 years of relevant experience primarily in a Corporate Communications function – either from in house or agency.
