Responsibilities
- Develop operational and implementation plans for humanitarian programs in alignment with organizational strategy
- Design and oversee direct aid initiatives across medical, educational, seasonal, and other sectors
- Establish and implement monitoring systems to track program progress and impact
- Contribute to defining and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) for programs and aid activities
- Conduct analytical studies to identify program priorities based on needs assessments and field data
- Design innovative operational models and initiatives aligned with long term development goals
- Review and evaluate program and aid proposals in line with internal policies and procedures
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and avoid duplication of efforts
- Monitor field implementation to ensure adherence to work plans, quality standards, and timelines
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
- Provide technical guidance and support to field teams, promoting best practices in program delivery
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of programs in compliance with regulatory and donor requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Public Policy, Humanitarian Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in humanitarian program management, preferably within large scale or government affiliated organizations
- Strong experience in program design, monitoring & evaluation (M&E), and impact assessment
- Proven ability to analyze data, develop insights, and translate them into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with humanitarian principles, emergency response planning, and development frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Strong report writing and presentation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
