- Develop and implement operational plans for relief programs in alignment with overall strategy
- Design and execute relief projects across sectors such as health, food security, education, and seasonal campaigns
- Contribute to defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for programs
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure effective implementation in line with international humanitarian standards
- Support disaster preparedness and ensure readiness for rapid emergency response
- Oversee aid distribution processes, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability
- Monitor field project implementation and ensure compliance with international health and safety standards
- Conduct field assessments to identify community needs and priorities
- Manage and monitor relief stockpiles, logistics, transportation, and storage operations
- Build and maintain partnerships with civil society organizations and local institutions
- Lead and supervise humanitarian events, initiatives, and workshops
- Prepare periodic reports on program performance, impact, and challenges
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Humanitarian Studies, International Development, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in humanitarian relief programs or international development
- Strong knowledge of international humanitarian standards and emergency response frameworks
- Proven experience in project management, field coordination, and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic

Role Overview
- The Senior Relief Programs Specialist will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring relief programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and adherence to international humanitarian standards.

- Proven experience in project management, field coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively in crisis situations.
- Experience in managing multi sectoral relief programs is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
