About the Role
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist in Group Accounting to oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance with IFRS. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA/ACCA preferred, and 3+ years of progressive group accounting experience.

- Monitor changes in accounting standards and regulations, assess impact, drive changes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within group accounting function
- Mentor and develop accounting professionals within the group
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced degree or professional certifications (CPA, ACCA) highly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in group accounting with significant leadership experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation, and regulatory compliance
