Responsibilities

  • Manage the fixed asset lifecycle, including acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, and disposal.
  • Maintain an accurate fixed asset register and comply with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Conduct periodic audits to verify asset existence and proper valuation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on asset reporting and accounting treatment.
  • Prepare and analyze fixed asset performance and depreciation reports.
  • Implement process improvements in asset management.
  • Provide training and support on fixed asset accounting and management practices.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of fixed asset accounting and management practices.
  • Ability to manage acquisition, capitalization, depreciation, and disposal activities across the fixed asset lifecycle.
  • Ability to maintain accurate fixed asset records and support compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze fixed asset performance and depreciation reports.
