Role Overview

- As Senior Specialist Finance (Residential DMO/DFA), you will be at the financial heart of Qiddiya's residential development strategy.
- Your expertise will shape the financial models, forecasts, and investment strategies that guide multi billion riyal residential projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of detailed financial models for residential projects, incorporating market data, cost estimates, and revenue projections.
- Partner with the Development Management Office (DMO) and Development Finance & Analysis (DFA) teams to align financial strategies with project milestones.
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess risks, returns, and optimal investment structures.
- Prepare investment cases, feasibility studies, and board level presentations to support strategic decision making.
- Monitor project financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including design, construction, and operations.
- Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators.
