Requirements
- · Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in local content management, policy implementation, or supplier development, ideally within large-scale projects such as construction, infrastructure, or urban development.
- · Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees such as MBA or Master’s in Public Policy, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management are advantageous.
- · Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP are preferred but not mandatory.
- · Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s local content policies, government regulations, and Vision 2030 initiatives.
- · Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- · Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong asset.
- · Prior experience working within the Saudi Arabian business environment is highly desirable.
