About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage the HBU Lead's diary, ensuring effective prioritisation of meetings and engagements
- Manage a complex executive diary, ensuring prioritization of strategic, operational and governance commitments
- Coordinate travel, including itineraries, logistics and required materials
- Support preparation for meetings, including agendas, briefing notes and presentations
- Coordinate meetings and track actions, ensuring timely follow up and closure
- Maintain a well organised and professional Executive Office environment
- Liaise with internal teams (Facilities, IT, Admin) to support day to day office needs
- Act as a coordination point for stakeholders, supporting communication and scheduling
- Assist in drafting communications and handling correspondence
- Maintain documentation, filing systems and records
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Exposure to working with senior stakeholders
- Experience in a fast paced or professional environment
- Strong organisational and diary management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively

Role Overview
- In this role, you will provide high level executive, operational and coordination support to the Hospitality BU Lead.
